Scribe Partner Excellence Results in Customer Excellence

As Director of Sales for Scribe Software, I am continually impressed by the professionalism and dedication to customer satisfaction of our reselling partners. Nowhere is this more evident than at Microsoft Convergence when each year, Microsoft honors their Dynamics customers for their excellence in various award categories. 

This year Scribe customers won excellence awards in 7 of the 19 categories. This is no fluke, as the Scribe Partners involved in these Dynamics/Scribe implementations are not only top Dynamics partners, but are also perennial participants in Scribe’s top ten performing partners! 

The winning customers certainly deserve congratulations and recognition.  I would also like to add a special Scribe ‘congratulations’ to our partners Hitachi Consulting, McGladrey, Tectura Corporation, Columbus IT, Tribridge, and Customer Effective - their recognition and rewards are well deserved! Have Scribe SAP Integration Questions? New location to find it all!

As most of you know, Scribe can connect to virtually any endpoint.  In fact, the vast majority of our  Microsoft Dynamics customers use Scribe to connect to a multitude of non-Dynamics endpoints  including  databases/data warehouses, web stores, and in many cases back-office ERP systems.  As Dynamics CRM becomes more widely accepted and selected globally by enterprise level companies, so to does Scribe, due to our high attach rate to these projects.  And which ERP system do we find typically deployed throughout these larger organizations?  SAP. 

SAP has become a prevalent end point to which Scribe can publish and consume data.  As a result, the list of customers that use Scribe for their SAP<->CRM data driven needs is growing, as is the number of  requests from partners and prospective customers asking how Scribe can effectively address this use case.  Therefore, we have decided to launch a page on our website to address this specific topic.  You will find it here:  http://www.scribesoft.com/sap/

Make your data work for you!

In my role here at Scribe Software, I have the opportunity to present the Scribe ‘Insight’ application solution to many companies ranging from the mom-n-pop shops up to global enterprise organizations.  And what I have found most intriguing across this business landscape is not only how similar their data integration requirements are, but also their need for application extensibility to support business process agility.  This need is a direct result of current business demands and competitiveness within their ever changing marketplaces.  It is my hope within this post to show you how the Scribe Insight ‘platform’ supports this broad business spectrum; enabling a true high, wide, and deep approach in helping companies deliver to their many business needs. 

I'm sure that you would agree in today’s competitive business environment “doing more with less” is considered the norm.  I am not singling out employee productivity here, but rather application productivity.   How can we squeeze more out of our existing applications and how can we better consolidate our newer applications so as to provide a 360° view of our data?

Customer realizes over $100,000 savings per year with the help of Scribe Insight

The Apple Gold Group, a tri-state organization founded in 1984 and operating more than 70 Applebee's Neighborhood Grill and Bar restaurants in North Carolina, Oklahoma and Arkansas, has realized incredible cost and time savings using Scribe Insight for data integration with their Microsoft Dynamics® GP application.

A year ago Apple Gold's new employee and payroll processes were time consuming and expensive. With over 4,000 employees at any given time working different jobs and shifts, Apple Gold's Payroll Manager, Angelia Parrish, was dealing with a lot of data. The W-2 and per paycheck processing costs of their third-party payroll provider were expensive, and the turnover typical of the restaurant industry meant that a significant amount of new hire data had to be double-keyed; both at the restaurant and headquarters locations.

Reducing costs and increasing efficiency
Angelia and her team knew they needed to reduce costs, but with the amount of employee and time tracking data their business managed, their search for a more cost-effective payroll solution had to involve an efficient data integration strategy.
