We released v5.0 of the Scribe Adapter for Microsoft Dynamics CRM adapter back at the end of March. v5.0 of this adapter allows you to connect to Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 and benefit from all the new features and entities of this Microsoft Dynamics CRM release.
We are following that release with the Scribe Adapter for Microsoft Dynamics CRM Adapter v5.1 - currently scheduled to be available on June 20th. Don't let the version number deceive you, tho - this release has a few items that CRM Adapter users have been asking for, namely the ability to filter what data will be published out of Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011.
This filtering capability will behave the same as other publisher filters do. You can define which entity field you wish to filter on, and when it should be filtered or not filtered. Inclusion of this feature was mainly driven by your participation and endorsements logged in OpenMind - so please keep those ideas coming!
In addition to the publisher filter, this version the adapter will support publishing from CRM 2011 when connecting through Claims Based Authentication. In these configurations, you would previously have had to use a Query publisher defined in the console. With this new version of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM adapter, you can use a publisher interface that is consistent with other versions of this adapter.
